Best Practices for Crack Treatments for Asphalt Pavements

Crack sealing and crack filling are widely used treatments for maintenance of asphalt pavements. However, successful crack sealing and crack filling applications continue to be viewed as an art. When not properly applied, these pavement preservation treatments can result in early failures and costly corrective maintenance for highway agencies.
